We strongly believe that you will benefit by carrying the
SUPERSTEIN line and hope that you can enjoy the experience and
successes that we have. With this in mind, we only select wholesale
partners that we believe can and will grow with us.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Exclusivity
SUPERSTEIN does not offer regional or style/item
exclusivity to any wholesale accounts. If SUPERSTEIN plans a store
opening within 50 km (31.25 miles) of any Dealer who carries
SUPERSTEIN trademarked goods, SUPERSTEIN may end the wholesale
relationship.
Minimum order values are required and are non-negotiable
for all wholesale orders. Our goal here is to ensure that people who
see SUPERSTEIN in your store know that you will have a reasonable
size and style selection. We require wholesalers to place a minimum
1st order of $500 to ensure full representation of our core items.
If accounts are left inactive for more than three months,
they will be reviewed by SUPERSTEIN and subject to termination.
Cancelled
Orders
Cancelled orders will be subject to a 5% restocking fee
(minimum $100, whichever is greater). Cancelled orders include any
order that has been picked and packed, including orders that have
not been shipped out yet, or orders that have been refused by the
receiver upon delivery.
Processing & Shipping
All wholesale orders require 5-7 business days to pack and
process, so please take this into account when ordering. Rush orders
may be noted, but are not guaranteed. Shipping is done by a standard
courier service as it is most economical and usually takes on
average 7 business days for delivery.
Fill-in & Back-orders
SUPERSTEIN offers a selection of best-selling styles at all
times, and therefore will not allow fill-in orders for amounts less
than the minimum order requirement. If there are any items that are
not available at the time you place your order, you may notify us
with the request to be contacted once the items become available.
Payment
To simplify the purchasing process, only credit card
payment will be accepted for wholesale orders (Visa and MasterCard
or American Express using our Gateway partner Paypal). All accounts
are payable in Canadian dollars.
Customs & Brokerage
For US accounts, the Dealer is responsible for brokerage
charges (currently $20 US per shipment). International accounts are
responsible for all costs relating to duty charges and customs and
brokerage fees.
Returns
SUPERSTEIN does not accept returns on merchandise under any
conditions, except for manufacture defects. If you notice an item
with a manufacture defect, please contact us immediately and we will
send you a Return Authorization Number and return form to include
with your shipment back to us. SUPERSTEIN will not accept any
returns without an RA#. Orders from the US should be marked
"Canadian Goods Returning" to avoid additional customs charges.
Customs fees resulting from returning packages from the US that are
not properly marked "Canadian Goods Returning" will be passed
through to the Dealer.
Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and either repair, replace,
or credit the item. Please ensure that you handle all issues
pertaining to manufacture defects for your customers as it is much
simpler (and better customer service) for us to deal directly with
you as opposed to each customer individually.
On-line Sale & Distribution
SUPERSTEIN does NOT permit the sale of SUPERSTEIN
merchandise on the Internet or in any digital fashion under any
circumstances. Any Dealer violating this policy will be reviewed by
SUPERSTEIN and subject to termination.
Use of SUPERSTEIN logo
SUPERSTEIN will provide guidelines for the use of the
SUPERSTEIN logo. Any Dealer violating the guidelines will reviewed
by SUPERSTEIN and subject to termination. |
